Anzhela Nushikyan, Head of the External Affairs and Strategy Development Directorate of the Armenian State Institute of Physical Culture and Sport (ASIPCS), and Armine Sargsyan, Head of the International Cooperation and Development Programs Department, undertook a mobility visit to the Józef Piłsudski University of Physical Education in Warsaw within the framework of the “Erasmus+ Staff Mobility” program for administrative staff.
The ASIPCS representatives held a meeting with the Vice-Rector for Development of the Warsaw University, Professor Jolanta Żyśko. During the meeting, the parties discussed the capacities of both institutions and explored avenues for expanding cooperation. The potential involvement of Professor Żyśko, as an external expert, in reviewing the internationalization strategy developed under the SIN-NEC project was also explored.
In addition, issues related to the organization of joint seminars and other initiatives in the fields of international programs and quality assurance were discussed.
The training delivered within the mobility program is expected to contribute to the enhancement of the professional competencies of ASIPCS staff, as well as to improve the effectiveness and organization of the unit responsible for international cooperation, thereby strengthening the Institute’s overall capacity for international engagement.
