Under the leadership of Acting Rector Tigran Simonyan, the delegation of Armenian State Institute of Physical Culture and Sport participated in the event commemorating the 30th anniversary of the Armenian Student Sports Federation and the election of the leadership.

The lecturers of the Armenian State Institute of Physical Culture and Sport Rafik Sevgulyan, Gagik Hakobyan, and Harutyun Melkonyan also were awarded with diplomas, letters of gratitude, and souvenirs for their contribution to the development of student sport.

The event was also attended by Adam Ruszek, President of the European University Sports Association, and Secretary General Matyash Pechovnik, who were in Yerevan for the anniversary of the Student Sports Federation.

Hovhannes Gabrielyan, was re-elected the president of the Student Sports Federation.
