The diploma of excellence (Red) of ASIPCS is awarded pursuant to the procedure of final attestation for graduates from the institutions implementing higher professional educational programs of the Republic of Armenia.

According to the procedure the diploma of excellence (Red) is to be given to those graduates who passed the final examination with honors and secured at least 90% of the maximum value in the average quality assessment (AQA).
