At the initiative of Karine Kocharyan, lecturer at the ASIPCS Chair of Sport Management and Sport Journalism, Khoren Zargaryan, Director of the Sports Management Center, delivered a guest lecture for master’s students specializing in Sport Management. The lecture was held within the framework of the course “Leadership and Team Management in Sport” and addressed the topic “Specifics and Challenges of Organizing Sports Events in the Republic of Armenia.”

Mr. Zargaryan explored the key aspects of sport management and outlined the organizational processes involved in planning and delivering sports events. He emphasized the importance of implementing effective performance evaluation mechanisms to ensure sustainable development in the sector.

At the conclusion of the lecture, Mr. Zargaryan responded in detail to numerous questions raised by the participants.
