We announce the initiation of the 3rd contest of the “Golden Seeds” Educational Award program in collaboration with the “Hye Dzmer Pap” journalistic charity foundation. This initiative to honor the memory of ASIPCS alumnus Sevak Mnatsakanyan, a hero of the 44-day Artsakh war, is undoubtedly a commendable effort.
