The Russian International Olympic University (RIOU), a valued partner of the Armenian State Institute of Physical Culture and Sport, is accepting applications for the 2026–2027 academic year for its Master’s program in Sport Administration (MSA), taught in English.

The program will take place at RIOU’s modern campus in Sochi from September 14, 2026, to June 18, 2027.

Thanks to the long-standing partnership between ASIPCS and RIOU, a scholarship is available for one ASIPCS candidate to study in the MSA program. The scholarship covers tuition fees, accommodation in a double room at a 3-star hotel, and a monthly stipend of approximately 10,000 rubles.

Interested candidates should apply through the Department of International Cooperation and Development Programs at ASIPCS, submitting the following documents: proof of English proficiency (B2 level), bachelor’s degree with high academic performance and motivation letter.

The application deadline is April 20, 2026.
