Performs the Rector’s duties. Coordinates the implementation of issues predefined by the HEI’s strategic program, develops the internationalization
strategy. Conducts negotiations relevant to international cooperation of the Institute. Regulates the organization of public events, assertion and
consolidation of long-term cooperative relations of the Institute.
Supports works in relation to upgrading the HEI’s public responsibility, ensuring the transparency and accountability of public activities.
