The interview stage of the 4th Educational Award Program to honor the memory of Sevak Mnatsakanyan, ASIPCS alumnus, martyred during the 44-day war and served as President of the “Shvak” National Martial Arts Federation, was conducted at the Armenian State Institute of Physical Culture and Sport.

In line with the established program requirements, applicants had previously submitted documentation detailing their academic achievements, professional experience, and participation in volunteer activities, along with a motivation letter.

The special commission authorized to select the award recipient included representatives of ASIPCS, as well as Sevak Mnatsakanyan’s relatives, comrades-in-arms, and like-minded friends. During the interviews, students spoke about Sevak Mnatsakanyan’s patriotic and military activities, presented their perspectives on the responsibility of caring for the homeland, and reflected on the values and ideas that sustain Armenian identity.

The Educational Award Ceremony will will be held at a later date in a solemn setting.

The program is coordinated by Armine Petrosyan, Director of the Hye Dzmer Pap journalistic charity foundation, and sponsored by American-Armenian benefactor Iren Tsaturyan.
